Outer Banks, North Carolina based Fine Art Photographer, Bill Birkemeier, grew up in a family of photographers when developing one's own film in the basement darkroom was the norm. His move to digital combines his knowledge of computers with the technical demands of printmaking and the creative challenge of photography. A talented artist with a keen eye and a love for the great outdoors (especially the ocean), Birkemeier's lens brings the West home.
