I liked this blouse from the moment I saw it. Light weight, yet lots of feminine details - ruffles, ties, lace - it has it all. I was honored to be named Woman of the Year, 17th District by State Senator Sharon Runner and Jim and I were invited to ride in our town's July 4th Parade! 100 degree day was predicted (correctly so) - oh, dear what to wear? The theme of our parade was Celebrating 100 Years of Women's Right to Vote and the Grand Marshal entry was dozens of women marching behind a huge flag - just as Suffragettes did 100 years ago. Perfect! I decided this was the ideal blouse and I had the perfect skirt. We were treated to a chauffeur driven parade route ride in this gorgeous Vette - and it was perfect day.

I wore the blouse loosely tied as I knew it would be quite warm, and this is a Medium. So comfortable as it has nice stretch too. Later, I wore it with very hip, wide bell bottom jeans and it looked quite modern.

Cinch in tightly, or wear loosely. Five button front edged in lace with same lace detail on 3/4 sleeve ruffle cuff. V-style neckline can be folded up or left down.
