The  above image is titled "Blasted Broncs". The original  watercolor painting was completed by Al Shelton in 1967.

Al Shelton loves horses and, in fact,was a cowboy & horse breaker in Colorado and the surrounding states in the 1930's & 1940's. Al has a special gift with horses and was able totame them for domestic use with good success. However, more than one spirited horse crossed Al's path during that time.

This fine art Giclee print is a somewhat humorous depiction of one such spirited horse. Al says, "That is not me in the picture, but I have seen a horse from that angle a few times in my day".

This open edition Giclee is framed in barn wood with blue-gray matte. The print is still in its clearview envelope (that's the reason for the shine) with foamcore backing. Simply remove from the clearview envelope and place in the frame.

The open edition image size measures 7w" x 9h" and features a one inch border with hand torn edges. The unmatted fine art print is packaged in a clearview envelope with foam core backing and includes the Certificate of Authenticity, short Al Shelton biographical document. Limited Edition
There are also two limited edition sizes available.
1) A limited edition of 500 prints is available in a 9w" x 12h" size with a hand torn edge (torn to the actual image edge).
2) A limited edition of 250 prints in a 12w" x 16h" size with a hand torn edge and a one inch border.
