About the Authors
Bruce Fischer is a native of Phoenix, AZ and enthusiastic Southwest Traveler. As avid hikers, Bruce and his wife, Bobbi, have traveled throughout the West collecting recipes from friendly people they meet along the way.

Bobbi Fischer, originally from Boston, has an enduring love affair with the Southwest. She is passionate about Mexican food and loves trying out new recipes. Bobbi has authored more than 20 children's books.

Together they continue to test new recipes, take innovative cooking classes and add to their own cookbook.
