Scottish Shortbread Mix

Yum! Make 6-8 dozen cookies. Includes Scottie Dog cookie cutter. Mix is attractively packaged in cotton bag, directions included on the front label.

Directions: Cream 2 cups butter with mix. Chill several hours. Roll out onto floured bread board. Cut with cookie cutter or spread out in 9" x 12" pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 300 degress for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: (Bleached wheat & barley flours, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, bicarbonate of soda, salt and vanilla.
