{>}Artist Peggy Wyly, of Wyly Creative Endeavors, is known for these unique, one-of-a-kind fused glass feathers. The photographs show the feathers against a solid background, however, they are beautiful hanging in a window or against a light source. Opaque in spots, transparent in others each catches the light and shimmers in its own way. Each is decorated with a real feather and accent bead detail at the top. Each feather measures about 9.25" in length and 2.25" at the widest section. Raffia hanging tab. Shipping weight is approximately 10 oz, fragile.

This is a very pretty feather as its tip reminds me of hummingbird's iridescent throat feathers. Tip of soft pink and copper colors shimmer in the light, translucent milky top is speckled with complementary accents.
