The majority of the jewelry that is sold at Silver Sun is made by Navajo silversmiths. Silver Sun is proud to be working with Mary John, Etta Endito, Ivan Howard, Dean and Rosella Sandoval, Bonnie Sandoval, and Ruth Ann Begay. These skilled artists create both contemporary and traditional jewelry for our customers to enjoy.
Available here are the rare and collectible American turquoise mines including Blue Gem, Carico Lake, Pilot Mountain, Royston, Number Eight, and Candelaria, which are all from Nevada. From Arizona we have a great supply of Kingman, Morenci, Turquoise Mountian, Bisbee and Sleeping Beauty.
For more than 30 years, Silver Sun has made itself available to the public at trade shows and through lectures and interviews about turquoise and authentic Native American jewelry. Silver Sun is glad to provide our customers with a certificate of authenticity for each piece of jewelry, along with educational information about the turquoise mine or stone and the artist for each piece. Silver Sun also has a gallery on famous Canyon Road in Santa, New Mexico.
